As a member of the American Sewing Guild, you are part of the nation's greatest organization devoted to the needlearts. You will be recognized by retailers and publishers as an important customer and receive money saving discounts on your purchases from then on! The ASG has several discount agreements with national and local retailers, allowing you to save every time you shop.

National stores and publishers who offer money saving discounts to ASG Members include the following. Simply show your ASG Membership Card to the cashier before your purchase.

Chapter Meetings
Think of a chapter as a community of people who are excited about sewing. All kinds of people! Some with advanced or professional sewing skills, some novices at the beginner level, and the majority who fall somewhere between those two levels. They want to learn new skills, they want sewing friends to share their successes and challenges, and they want to belong to a group that will support their adventures in sewing.

Please feel free to attend any Neighborhood Group listed on our Calendar to see if membership in ASG can benefit you, the sewing enthusiast.

Conference
ASG members pay a special members price for conference registration where attendees participate in workshops and seminars taught by nationally recognized professionals. Members also can shop the Exhibit Hall, enjoy a Gala Dinner and entertainment, participate in special events and join Chapter leadership meetings. Notions Magazine
Guild members receive the ASG national publication, Notions, filled with an inspiring variety of projects and tips, the latest sewing industry news, new products, introductions to sewing experts and Guild news. Visit the ASG Publication page for more information.

In addition to the national publications, our ASG Chapter publishes a newsletter 4 times a year that communicates local Chapter events, neighborhood group locations and activities, lists of discounts with retailers, and features special interest articles.
